@rinadbq. I am literally tearing up as your post so closely resembles my new life. I had my vaccines and booster and post covid over year now. Your realistic yet empathetic view is what I wish every long haul patient could hear from their healthcare system. Thank you!!🌈

In 2026, I am in year 6 of LC. On Federal Disability (SSDI), mainly because of severe LC brain fog, and dizziness/imbalance. Though greatly improved, am still struggling with all of my "bag-o-symptoms". Each day is random on which will be prominent. I use the same helps you both mention. Life remains greatly altered. The best things in life for me are my faithful, loving, present Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, Who carries my heart; an understanding, supportive husband, gracious friends and family.

I hope life continues to bring blessings to you, despite these debilitating health trials.
