i an having double vision and trigeminal neuralgia at same time cannot take shower meds exacerbate balance problem so cannot see doctors, suggestions please? awaiting shower chair thank you?

take exercise instruction from pt specailizing in neuropathy and take half pill of Effexor of possible for you 2x a day and exercise for pt 3x a day
