Ankle osteomyelitis/arthrodesis (international patient)

Hello! My name is Brian, I'm 22 years old, I was in a motorcycle accident 2 years ago and needed a triple arthrodesis, however I ended up with chronic osteomyelitis in my ankle, I've had several surgeries to debride the bone, long courses of IV antibiotics , but continues with recurrence of infections. I believe that the last option left to me would be total talectomy with tibiocalcaneal fusion. The point is, I don't live in the United States, but I would like to know if this procedure is performed at the Mayo Clinic and what is the average cost of orthopedic surgery like this at the Mayo Clinic + further treatment for osteomyelitis.
