HER2 - how are you doing since treatment with Herceptin?

Posted by uncoolgrandma @uncoolgrandma, Apr 16, 2012

I have been cancer free for 8 years since being diagnosed with HER2 Breast Cancer and treated with chemo followed by chemo and Herceptin. I would like to know how others are doing since treatment with Herceptin.

I was diagnosed in 2009 with HER2 positive breast cancer. Chemo, radiation, Herceptin. I just received my 10 year gift of being cancer free.

Hi @stephanie1959, I'm so glad that you joined Connect to share your good news of being 10-years cancer free. Have you experienced any long-term side effects, like fatigue or lymphedema?
