I am new to all of this. Just diagnosed and reading everything I possibly can. I already ordered L-Glutathione and have nebulized a couple of days with it. Not sure if it just in my mind but there seems to be some loosening of mucous this morning while nebulizing!!
The ReadiSorb, at a teaspoon a day are you looking at around 24 doses per 4 ounce bottle (and $60 a bottle!!!)? Do you mix it with anything, or just take it straight?
My SmartVest arrives next Wednesday. Can't wait to get started with that.
Hope you don't mind, but I'll probably have a thousand more questions as I start this journey.

Thanks!!!!

@mpowers501 Questions are good! And all the smart people on this site are super helpful! So ask away. On the ReadiSorb, yes that price is about right. It's not cheap but then good brands aren't. I take a teaspoon a day and mix it with a little water (now granted I haven't taken it for a week but I'll get back to it) And you're suppose to wait about twenty minutes before you eat or drink anything. At least that's what it says on the bottle. I follow Dr. Mark Hyman and I'll never forget a few years ago I heard him say that they did a study one time of people in the hospital and a group of healthy people not in the hospital (this was a study on oral glutathione) and they found that the sick people in the hospital had very low levels to none of glutathione in their bodies and the healthy group all had good levels of glutathione....now I heard this a long time ago so I might not have it all exactly right but I think you get the gist of it. So I've been taking it for about three years. My functional medicine doctor gave it to me. Hope that helps. Nan

Reduced L-Glutathione is what I use. You can purchase it capsule or in powder form. I was directed for "my issue" (1) 500mg capsule x daily [nebulized] with 3% saline (4ml). If using powder 1/5 of a teaspoon Reduced L-Glutathione 4ml saline 2x daily. I am not a doctor, but this is the regimen. Mix the above, until the reduced L-Glutathione is completely dissolved into the saline before nebulizing. I use a Pari Vios nebulizer, and a session is about 10 minutes.
