Alpha lipoic acid for Neuropathy

Hello treetop!
Will try B3 niacin every day now. Just heard it can be bad for the liver, so was scared a bit before, but it was recommended for circulation!
What is the good form, as you suggested please? Do you think B3 is best? Or any other supplements which supports circulation will do?
There's a few, wouldn't know which one to pick. Such as L-arginine or L-citrulline, or gingko biloba was recommended as safer option 🤔

L-Arginine cream and L-Citrulline liquid drops separately or used combined have helped when used topically for nerve damage from Radiation burn as is my problem. Readily available from Amazon and I’m sure elsewhere. Treetop
