Thank you Mike for your input. Her gastric emptying test showed no problem, but I actually wonder if that fluctuates. Do you know? What kind of diet do you maintain with gastrophoresis that helps you? You still have nausea? We rate mom's nausea level on a scale of 1 - 10 with 10 being the worst and the 50 mg of Imipramine during am and pm may be starting to make a difference because her nausea level has decreased since and had a few breaks. But following her antibiotic for the UTI, she was staying on Phenergen...probably 3 weeks. She does eat some dairy, but only yogurt.
I am glad you are able to control yours more with diet.

I have a hard time controlling mine with diet. I take dexilant and pepcid in between 30 mg doses in the morning and night of dexilant. I eat a lot of cheese which I know is not good. The funny thing is I will go a week without issues and then a week of complete nausea 24/7/ I was told by drs recently there is not cure. Basically should not eat late in the day, which I do sometimes, but it is about finding what works for you as a person. There is no one size fits all.
