I had to stop eating Fibrous meats like steak and pork. Chicken is my main meat. Fish is good too. Just real fond of it unless it’s fried.
Look online at the Gastroparesis diet. I use it more for a guide. Skins of fruits and vegetables are not good because your tummy can’t grind it up.
I miss all that really miss my salads but do not miss the nausea like I said before. Give your stomach a break once in a while and have soup and crackers. Good luck.
