@krispin11

I am an 80 year old Michigan mother. Husband and I have a 47 year old daughter who is unaware that she is unaware ( I don’t know how else to describe her). She was independently fine then her life has slowly slipped downward, can’t explain , and was diagnosed as MCI 6-8 th grade functioning level. We are caregivers. She is currently on monthly injection of Aristada for psychosis, schizophrenia but doesn’t understand a need for it.
Lives alone. No interests. Money a definite issue for us. On SSDI which is insufficient. Has a therapist but contests everything.

I am so sorry. I have just been diagnosed with MCI so I am just learning what this means for me. I wish I could give you a way forward.
