what does a cat scan of your lungs show??? Bronchiectasis???
6 years ago NJH told me the gold standard to begin RX for MAC was two positive cultures and presence of bronchiectasis on CAT scan.

CT scan shows bronchiectasis and significant increase in MAC nodules, but no cavitation yet and no symptoms. My pulmonary function studies are normal. This was found accidentally when I was coughing up blood with pneumonia.
