I have been doing acupuncture for my dizziness and a few other long Covid symptoms. The 6-week series I did about a year ago helped (in combination with Mediterranean diet, graded exercise and mindfulness). Recently my dizziness has returned so I’m in the middle of another 6-week series of acupuncture right now. She’s hitting my vertigo points as well as a combination of other points too such as heart channel and anxiety points. Acupuncture is great and I would say it has helped in my recovery.

Thank you for your response.

Jamie-wondering if you were successful with your acupuncture yet.
I had my 6th treatment yesterday. I will be treated for the next 5 months through diet, herbs and treatments. My treatments will lessen throughout that 5 month period. So far I am noticing changes. Hoping that continues!
Hoping it was successful for you this time also!
