I'm newly diagnosed at 54 years old. I'm getting my first Lupron shot Thursday. I'll be walking around the block regularly based on what's being said here. I didn't know instability was a side effect. I'm not the kind of guy to sit around, so I will push myself even if I feel fatigued.

I think my instability comes from weakness in my legs and I regularly exercise hard to strengthen them. One thing I do is sit on a chair and stand up and sit down as many times as I can in 30 seconds. I do that times plus do other legs strengthening exercises. Good luck.

I found that pushing yourself when fatigued is the only way not to feel fatigued. That may not make sense but that helped me!
