Glutathione: What dosage do you use? Where do you get it?

Hello....I am new to this forum and new to bronchiectasis. I had just learned how to pronounce bronchoscopy and then they threw the other "b" word at me.
I have already ordered the L-Glutathione Plus. I read a lot about it, and it can't hurt!!! How often do you nebulize with it.....once a day, twice a day??????

@mpowers501 I use to nebulize once a day with saline and glutathione but now I do every other day with the glutathione. I think it's just up to each person. Nan

I nebulize just one capsule every other day mixed in my saline. You will probably just need to experiment with daily vs not daily. The sulphur taste is off putting but tolerable. So I do not like doing it daily.
