The worst part is the not knowing. Perhaps try writing a list of questions with followup questions. Try If I have .... then ... .. . . Do it for all the different scenarios you can imagine. From the best to worst or in any other order. Bring this to the Dr's appt. and you will feel more in control and will better be in control of your appointment. You've got this

@lenorewynne, great advice. Like you, I find that writing down my questions and concerns helps. This stops (at least temporarily) the thoughts from whirling around in my head. It gives me an action and helps to organize and control what I can control.
