Do you think it is correct for a psychologist to bring a patient in 2 days after an appoint on weight alone who was an inpatient and stable on topiramate for 6 years 10 min visit ; currently 2 month now hx of sewage problem, independent living heAth sept called in , i kidney , disabled because purposeful physical abuse, did not assess allergens, financial issues now unmet because of this, patient has had no complaints but missed appt and. New appt because of antibiotics and problems 2 mm d ro no rectification yet or resolution other than nag of canned food worse nutrition than patient would intake ; no review of journal hx or anything sounds like this doctor made sounds like this patient was made very anxious and placed into an emotional eating situation and this psychologist ands his team called patient under that day for some wrong reason
