I probably used to put enough ice cream in one bowl to equal three servings along with crushed candy bars, nuts, chocolate sauce, caramel sauce, whip cream, or whatever else I was in the mood for. But I rarely eat ice cream nowadays.
I’m afraid I’m going to have to disagree with Dalai on this.

I do also love ice-cream, eating two or maybe three balls in a row when it is very warm over here.
Perhaps, Dalai Lama's example was not the best one. But again, all with moderation. One ball might be sublime, and the second and third ones are delicious, but certainly an ice-cream pot gives indigestion rsrsrs.
