Chronic nausea for 6 years! HELP!

Hello.
Yes, I take phenergan regularly, often every 6 hours as needed. While I have been prescribed other drugs for nausea such as Zofran and Reglan, these 2 drugs come with unpleasant side effects, and my doctor did advise me that Reglan has been known to cause neurological damage.
I take phenergan because of a liver disease. My pancreatic and liver ducts are dilated. Nausea is a frequent side effect of this problem.
As a side bar, I too get frequent UTI's and the antibiotics are hard on my stomach. Taking a probiotic along with the antibiotic has proved helpful. But, I do know that frequent use of antibiotics can create long term problems with one's stomach. I am still recovering from my last course of antibiotics that were given 2 months ago. It is not unusual for this to happen.
I am so sorry about your mother, and I hope she is feeling better soon. Check out some probiotics for her.
I wish you both well.

Thank you Frances for your help. Yes mom is taking Nature's Sunshine probiotics. Wow, I had no idea it could take that long to improve after taking antibiotics. What kind of probiotics do you take?

You can get D- Mannose with Cranberry at a health food store or order it online. I used to get UTI,s all the time from a weak immune system. Read about it. Keeps the UTI,s away and it's all natural. Hope this can help someone

Have you considered cannabis for your nausea? It works wonders for cancer patients.
