If the Big C is part of that diagnosis you will be confronted with treatment options. One of those options is the Radical Protatectomy. Who performs the RP, the Urologist. The Urologist is obligated to tell you the treatment options but can also let you know that the "Gold Standard" is RP. If you do not bother to research your options or get a second opinion you may quickly decide to move forward as quickly as possible with RP.
