Santosha, I love this quote from the book! I finally ordered mine since I couldn’t view at sons house. What a profound quote (and I had to laugh since I was “ice cream ill “yesterday!)

I probably used to put enough ice cream in one bowl to equal three servings along with crushed candy bars, nuts, chocolate sauce, caramel sauce, whip cream, or whatever else I was in the mood for. But I rarely eat ice cream nowadays.
I’m afraid I’m going to have to disagree with Dalai on this.
