Chronic nausea for 6 years! HELP!

I had undiagnosed nausea for years. Gastro doc ordered a gastric emptying test and found out I had gastrophoresis. With a big chsnge in my diet I have been able to manage it. Not fun cutting out so many foods I’ve loved but worth it.

I could have written your story except nausea 5 years later still. I know i eat at 6 and sleep at 9 or so. Too late? On dexilant but can't seem to get food under control. No consisitency even if i write down. Cut out caffeine, whole wheat, and others. What about dairy? Thanks
