Hi Glen, my name is Ann and I have the same unit, was implanted September 2022. Still playing with the program as my excruciating back/leg/groin pain has disappeared completely on the right side but now having pain in my left side so we’re working on that. As I don’t know the extent of your pain or why you had it implanted in the first place, I don’t think I could recommend the right program to try. However, I’m currently set at 1 on the ladder and program 1. We’ve been up and down like crazy but I’m currently trying this for 2 days then my rep. is going to walk me through how to set it to below the program 1 leaving the ladder at 1 also. You could give that a try if nothing else seems to be working for you - you shouldn’t be still going through this after six months. Please let me know how it works for you. Take care and I’ll keep my fingers crossed.

Glen, I had my stimulator installed in November of 2021. The issue I have been having is I get overstimulated. The machine does take my neuropathy pain down but no complete relief. With the over stimulation I can be on a program and get relief but I am not able to stay on that program without getting overstimulated. Nevro has been pretty good about working with me and I just go in and get adjusted. It works for awhile but then need to get adjusted again. I was hoping for so much more since the trial went fairly well. Hopefully your Nevro tech is patient and persistent in helping you. I have been fortunate that way.
