It is a!ways a good idea to seek a second opinion. How are you feeling? Are you able to eat, do you have much fatigue or pain?

I have my good and bad days
Yes I can eat I try to eat small meals because if I overdo I get diarrhea
The fatigue is bad but I have no pain
