Hello Hope all is well with you . I am doing better, recently had ultra sound of my stomach 'to see what are issues with digestion and bloating seems this happens alot, do ge stressed out
more than I should .
Lately began making pillow cases for neumours children to keep me busy and my hands.
Medication has been changed to 2 Metformin morning and 1 5pm and 1 trajenta. Around 8
take one Glipzide to help manage my glucose>.has helped.
My symptoms with MG were droppy eyes and weakness in my hands drop thing.
Thanks for keeping Myasthenia Gravis seperate good idea. Hng In there my favorite quote from Dale Armstrong book on hi strial of Myasthenia Gravis. good luck to all Might add Blood sugar of typoe 2 no fun to manage. Yogurt are excelent easy to digest. Rice cakes also good

It is good to hear from you again. I'm glad that you are doing better and finding worthwhile activities to keep you engaged. I take it that the change in your medication has also helped you with blood sugar control.

Stress control is important for all of us with chronic health issues. I'm glad that you are working on that as well. It sounds like the book about Dale Armstrong has been inspiring. I'll have to look for that!
