I would be very careful mixing these three, which each have a slight sedative effect. I am not sure at what rate these drugs may build up in your system. You could find yourself sleeping so deeply it depresses your breathing over time.

Please run this by your doc if you have not done so already.

I used to take it regularly, but then found out it can cause liver injury and affect thyroid hormone levels. I have hypothyroidism, and my levels sometimes go out of whack for no apparent reason, and it takes months to get everything back on track.

I still take it occasionally (GNC Ashwagandha Extract 470mg), but never for more than a few days in a row, with months in between.

I take Gabapentin for neuropathy. Without the Gabapentin I would have severe pain that showed itself in various parts of my body. Numbness in toes, ankles and top of head.
