Hi Poppy,
I pray that you are feeling better today. I’m sorry you feel the way you do. I’ve read some comments about reading the Bible, my suggestion is that you get a friendly version of it and yes read it, but find yourself someone that understands the Bible that can help you through it. King James is very difficult to understand. Faith will take through this, God will help you through this. My prayer for you is that the Lord grant you peace and I’m here if you need some one to chat with. God continue to bless you Poppy♥️🤗

My friend and I get together once a week and do Bible study with Les Feldick. You can watch all his programs “Through the Bible With Les Feldick” he teaches strictly from the Bible KJV and is non denominational. I’ve been watching and learning from him for over 6 years now, we like the YouTube videos of his programs that Rome Gray shares the best.

Here is the official website for more info and if you’d like to read or listen to his programs, newsletters he sends out once a month etc

Thank you Jacqueline, I Feel much better. I was having a bad night and feeling despair about having these post Covid symptoms . It is rare for me to have such a weak moment. Although I don’t really see it as weakness. Sometimes it takes strength to share when we are in pain. I appreciate your thoughtfulness. I have to say though after posting during that long night, I received so many personal posts suggesting what I should do to strengthen my relationship with God. It felt a little like some were questioning my faith and Christian knowledge. Christian’s can have a weak moment or two, as well. I am not directing this to you personally. I can tell from your kind words that you were not judging me. You know, I have to wonder though (regarding some of my mail) why we Christians do this to one another? We need to be careful what we insinuate to others. It can come across negatively and that’s the last thing we all need. I think Christians should be the last ones to question another’s faith. I’m afraid we run off many .I try to not question others beliefs or where their walk is with God or insinuate what they need to do. I leave that up to God. Hopefully this is a site where we all can share a sad or difficult moment or two, especially when we are dealing with the same physical symptoms. I’m afraid people might hesitate to share what they are going through if they get bombarded with opinions questioning personal beliefs and faith. People deserve respect. I now regret my post.
I truly know you are making suggestions according to what has helped you b/c you care.I know you are not insinuating I lack faith or peace in God. Otherwise I wouldn’t have even replied to your post, so again, I appreciate you 🙂How nice for you to have a friend to work through the Bible with. I took a Bible study called Discipleship and we used a wonderful Bible.—New International Version : Disciple’s Study Bible. I agree, King James can be hard to read, although I do use it,too and my husband prefers it. Thanks again. I’d enjoy staying in touch.
