Have you ever tried ready to drink protein shakes.like premier? They're high in calcium and taste good. I use them frequently to get .y protein in and also calcium. You can buy in most stores..

That’s what I was going to suggest. Fairlife Nutrition Plan is dairy with 730mg of calcium and 30g protein with 150 calories and takes great. Fairlife milk has 380mg of calcium which is higher than other milk due to being ultra-filtered.
