I dont know about Mayo, I dont think they do, but Evernorth Health Care in Phoenix does have the capacity now. I coordinated with them in January to get there software up and running. I had mine at the Tempe location. You have to get a DXA with it. I paid out of pocket 144.00. FYI hey will give you a two page summary of your results, unless you go in person to the clinic and ask for a full copy of the DXA and TBS where they give you the photos along with breakdown of T scores about 6 pages. Marlin is the tech there who is great. I believe all of the Evernorth locations should have it now.
I have the email from Medimaps for the locations in AZ there is only 4, Evernorth (several locations) , the VA here in Phoenix, and 1 location in Tucson: Catalina Pointe Arthritis & Rheumatology Specialists 7520 N. Oracle Rd., Suite 100 Tucson Arizona United States
