I,too, experience that same feeling and had my first panic attack because of it. Since then, I’ve had two more. My husband talks me down from it but I feel bad (mentally and of coarse physically) for quite some time afterwards. That closed up feeling is scary. I’m sorry to hear how many suffer with it.
