Welcome Janet @bradljaa, I know it's difficult to watch your daughter suffering and not being able to get the help and answers to provide some relief. Here are a couple of references that might be helpful for understanding what may be going on:
--- Linus Pauling Institute - Micronutrient Information Center: https://lpi.oregonstate.edu/mic/vitamins/vitamin-B6. From what I've read, her symptoms seem similar to B6 toxicity.
--- Vitamin B6: https://www.hsph.harvard.edu/nutritionsource/vitamin-b6/.

From what I've read it's pretty difficult to get too much B6 through eating. You mentioned that your daughter has seen two neurologist and neither can explain why her B6 is so high and if it's related to her symptoms. Have you thought about seeking help or a second opinion at a teaching hospital or major health facility like Mayo Clinic?

There are MTHFR genes that will cause your B6 level to be high but the cell level to be low. They are CT(677C>T) and AA(1298A>) I have one and I am in the midst of trying to figure out whether supplementation or the gene is causing my own neuropathy suffering. The problem is that too low B6 or too high B6 levels will cause the same symptoms. It is a puzzle. There is a blood test for the gene and a saliva test. You'll have to research where, near you. Read about this at easy-immune-health.com. I hope this helps.
