Hi. I think all of the suggestions catalina have, are worthy of thought. Do you take a good multivitamin and probiotic every day? Magnesium powder mixed into water at bedtime [product is called Calm], helps my muscles relax. There is some great help to be had, for free, is an app called The Tapping Solution. The author has had a NYTimes best selling book by that name also. His name is Nick Ortner. EFT tapping helps the mind cope better with stress, pain, anxiety. I use this at night to ease into sleep.
