I use cronometer.com. Their database not only has the nutritional content of whole foods but an enormous amount of packaged foods as well. It also has a place where you can input your own recipes (or your frequent food combinations) as well as packaged food items that are not in their database. I can't say whether the information on this site is completely accurate but if not, it still gives you a general guide which I find helpful. I have used it for years and don't necessarily input daily any longer as I have a good idea as to what supplements I might need to take to make up for any shortfalls that day. I use their basic program which I find offers enough data for me. Basic is free but you can subscribe to their gold program if you want more information. I really like it a lot. I like to see those green circles complete as I hit my daily targets 🙂
Thank you so much for the cronometer.com. It was just what I was looking for! Brigid
I'm so glad you find it helpful!
