Cervical and uterine cancer and a frozen pelvis
I was diagnosed with cervical and uterine cancer. I went through chemo and radiation therapy. My doctor was unable to remove my uterus and cervix due to a frozen pelvis. I was on a surveillance scan for 9 months and the spot would not go away. She did a biopsy and it test positive for vaginal cancer. I am now doing hormone and Immunotherapy HOPING this will take care of it.
Has anyone had this happen to them? or have a frozen pelvis.?

@swurscher Hello, this is certainly upsetting to learn after radiation and chemotherapy and then to learn that you have been diagnosed with cervical and uterine cancer. What was the original plan? Did your doctor recommend radiation and chemotherapy because of the frozen pelvis? Would you feel comfortable sharing the kind of cancer that was diagnosed?
It was cervical and uterine. The doctor said it could be treated with radiation so that is why she did no harm to try and get them out. It was going to damage my bladder. Then after 9 mo th of a spot surveillance she did a biopsy
