Well defined Gastrinoma Neuroendocrine tumor

I had a Whipple surgery to remove grade 1, stage 1 well defined gastrinoma neuroendocrine tumour in May 2020 located at the pancreas head. No chemo after surgery as surgeon mentioned chemo would not be effective. Anyone experienced with similar situation?

Neuroendocrine tumors are often hormonally active tumors, they arise from the islet cells of the pancreas. The islet cells make hormones such as insulin, gastrin, and respond to different treatments than the pancreas cancers arising from the pancreas ducts which carry pancreatic enzymes to digest foods (Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma). I don't know what is currently recommended for treatment after removal of the gastrin neuroendocrine tumor, but Google or Wikipedia probably a good place to start.
