You may want to get ur PCP or a Rheumatologist to check you for Fibromyalgia. I have that and I have internal vibrations in my whole spine when I get still.
Regarding your heart racing, I have found that anxiety does that (bc Cortisol and Adrenalin are released by the Adrenal glands), but also low blood pressure causes the heart to have to beat faster to get enough oxygen to the body. It’s called POTS. My dr put me on 40mgs of Pregnenolone (a supplement), Florinef to hold up my BP at normal level, and Adrenal Cortex and Adrenal Desiccant, both are by Standard Process. All these supplements plus Lyrica and Medical cannabis for pain control, are keeping me alive. Plus I do a lot of deep breathing exercises you can see demonstrated on YouTube. It’s a good treatment plan. I wish success and relief of these symptoms.

I looked up Fibromyalgia online, and that looks closer to what I am facing. Thank you for posting this.
