Is there anyone out there who has had surgery to correct a prolapsed bladder without using mesh?
I obtained Mayo Clinc's book on Incontinence.
The Sling procedure is the most common surgery to treat stress incontinence but physicians may use synthetic mesh material., which is a no go for me.
I just completed a 10 day regimen on Nitrofurtoin. Stopped taking Atorvastin which worsened my pancreatitis. The pancreatitis has now subsided. I am now on a vegetarian diet. Taking Vit. D3, B12 subligual, multi vitamin, began brisk walks daily on treadmill. Lost 10 pounds, but still experiencing abdominal pain over the bladder and intermitent rt flank pain over the kidney. Appointment is scheduled with a Urogynecologist in few weeks. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you
