Ablation not an option as lesions are scattered. Biopsy also not possible so because the doctors don't know if the cancer has metastasized from the prostate or the lungs, they are trying to get my insurance company to cover Keytruda. So far an appeal has not been answered. I may have to try olaparib if denied. Funny that insurance companies drive treatment and not the oncologists.
