Did the doctor tell you to change your diet? I'm not a doctor, but sounds to me like you have GERD, and that it's gotten so bad you've developed esophagitis.
You could try eliminating tomato, citrus, and fatty foods from your diet. Check the ingredients and nutrition label on everything you eat, especially meat and dairy products.

When the last doctor did an endoscopy he told me everything is fine with my esophagus. Thank you so much for your comments I will try to change my diet .
