Hi,
I too have been diagnosed with LPR. I want you to try this as it has really helped me. Purchase a bottle of Apple cider vinegar (very cheap) and mix one tablespoon with a 8 oz warm glass of water…..add a bit of honey (to get rid of the taste). Use a straw to drink it, as the acid is hard on your teeth. This simple and cheap method has helped men IMMENSELY and I hope it will you to. If you indeed have LPR, (hard to diagnose) will notice a huge improvement the same day!!! Not kidding!
Please let me know how this works for you. Give it a try, you have nothing to lose and so much to gain…I know!

I tried this and it didn't work. I was also told that it was the worst thing you can do. Have you spoken to a medical person about this. All vinegars are acid. it doesn't make sense. I did try it sometime ago just to be sure but it didn't improve me.
Sorry. But thanks for trying to help.
