I can understand your frustration. I’ve had long covid for over two years now. Is there anything in particular that you are seeking and not getting help for? I’ve had a lot of trial and error with treatments,doctors and meds some things were a success and some not but I’m definitely doing better than I was a few months ago so if I can be of any help please let me know.

Yes, the nasal dripping, and I also have incontinence and neuropathy in my feet and I live in very cold climate and it seems to worsen because of the cold. In fact, when I go out the cold air seems to lock down my lungs have you had any problems with this and is there any medication you can take? I’ve had a lot of shallow breathing recently, especially when I stand up and I’d like to know what’s causing this? I’ve had a little bit in the past, but it’s been exacerbated in the last couple of weeks.
