I know this probably won't be helfpful but only advice I can offer is get rid of Humana...had a medicare advantage plan two separte years, their web site purpose built to discourage users and their 'support staff' from accessing info.. Experience with Humana's only covered dental 'plan' was a sweet heart deal between Humana and provider that ignored coverages and left policy holder to go it alone to recover bogus co-pays.

If you have medicare advantage you have until March 31 to switch insurance provider.

I have had united healthcare medicare advantage plan for years quite happy .. take 14meds a day ..heart patient .. stroke survivor ... can pick your own dr's no referral needed ..

i agree 100% on the website is a pos. I never use it. I call in if there is an issue (very rarely) and escalate to supervisor. US based csrs, no issues.
I get 2 flu shots per year-and I use both 1 late august 1 91 days later.
I get free teeth cleaning twice a year.
I have used the mail order rx a few times, no issues.
Thanks for the very informative post, I will consider firing the whole bunch due to my cardiologist refusing my wishes and now his office manager not returning or taking my calls. F' em.
