@marcslifer

I've been taking 4 stool softner pills (docusate sodium) every night which I found helps me move my bowls the next day (I never had a problem before long covid).

I'm not a doctor or anything and I'll never claim to be but with my own experience with gastro issues I could do it will say it's not healthy to take that many stool softeners in the night. What I've learned from past experience is break it up take two in the morning and two in the night before you go to bed once you start having too much liquid in your stool back it up you know take like one in the morning two at night or one in the morning one at night you know just got to break it down I know they say that virus is supposedly respiratory that's not the case anymore this virus is doing a lot of damage to a lot of people and it's the nervous system I am having some more tests done next week for the bag Vagus nerve which actually controls like digestion and some other unconscious movements in your body like your eyes and all of that and they want to check and see if there's any lesions or anything on the actual nerve. But that's beside everything I just I wanted you to know that you're really not alone and you're not crazy I really can understand and sympathize with how you would feel that way but trust me or not and I will even offer to you if you ever want to speak or if you just need somebody to talk to you can always hit me up on the personal message just tap on the @billie6977 and just leave me a message.
