Hi. Interesting article.
I have been taking NAC each morning + occasionally a 2nd 600 mg dose in the mid afternoon as well. I don't take it evenings bc it's subtly energizing + interferes with sleep. I noted distinct mental improvement from the start. These have maintained or improved over continued use. Alertness, focus, immediate planning capability, ability to envision a near future conceptually for longer term planning, some sense of well being, calmer feeling and ability to complete activities (light, small ones), vision improvement+ restored reading comprehension are what I believe I have gained. This product was an addition to a larger self care plan I've been testing. So I can't accurately assess NAC on it's own standing bc it's part of a multi-supplement approach. But what I do believe is that this compound has been significantly therapeutic for me from the start of taking it. I plan to continue taking it.

Thanks for sharing. If it’s not too much asking, which of your supplements additions you think work together the best for improving your mental performance (cognitive, fatigue, brain fog, focus) thanks again
