Met with Urologist and he was very happy with results of 6 month Eligard injection (1st) and 160 mgs daily of Xtandia. Psa yesterday, 25 Jan, 0.4, down from 20.8 on 9 Novv22. Will meet with Oncologist next Monday 30 Jan. Doing minor weight bearing exercises and very active all day. Watching diet closely and remaining off sugars. Also, 1 cup of coffee and Boost in morning, enter during dayvand 1 cup of green tea on the evening. Jusy happy psa down 20 points in 2 months.
