@aniuchkana Hi. I did not end up trying Relivion but a couple similar therapies. The one that works best for me is the photon PEMF InfraMat Pro from HealthyLine: https://healthyline.com/product/taj-mat-7224-pp-pemf-inframat-pro/

It’s a pricey investment and I was skeptical but it is helpful. However, I also have small fiber neuropathy and POTS/autonomic dysfunction and I find it most helpful with symptoms associated with those conditions and in turn, also helps with my headaches. Hope this helps and that you find relief from headaches!

Hi robyn, it's been a year since your last posting about PEMF InfraMat Pro from HealthyLine.
As a long time migraine sufferer, exactly how does this heating mat help your migraines?
I have the Relivion and use that with some success but it must be consistent. When I first got it I used as directed x3/week (effective for months) but then slacked off and definitely the migraines increased again.
I see the mat is advertised for use to help all sore muscles, i.e. back, shoulder, etc. anxiety for relaxation, in yoga classes (I suppose the heat does this?) and possible insomnia for the same reason.
I saw one review for a migraine condition which was positive.
Any information about the effectiveness for a chronic migraine condition would be helpful. TY!
Glad it has been so effective for you!
