Hello, I too have no real pain, just cramped stiff toes when I wake up in the morning, I do not have diabetes, a little overweight, as soon as I stand up, the stiffness in my toes goes away, sometimes the balls of my feet feel puffy for a little while.

Relief! I've been using Diclofenac Sodium (Voltaren) gel on my numb toes at night, with thick warm socks, and also I use an OTC Lidocaine lotion as well as an alternate med. Both have enabled me to sleep well without experiencing the numbness and painful cramps I had before. I've finally found something that works!

FYI, my Medicare Adv Plan OTC Catalog now includes the Diclofenac gel, and Target's Up & Up brand now offers it in multiple sizes at less cost. And, Walmart's Equate brand offers a Lidocaine lotion.
