I see an endocrinologist at Mayo Clinic-Rochester. I was diagnosed with Type II diabetes in 2007 but I only starting seeing him about five years ago. My A1C is 6.5 and my fasting blood glucose averages 120. My endocrinologist has been so helpful. He is current on new medications, very helpful in terms of insurance, and keeps me on task in terms of diet and exercise.
