@usdiplomat, typically you will receive a call from a scheduling coordinator between 3-5 business days. It sounds like it has been longer than that in your case. I recommend calling on Monday morning at the Mayo campus you submitted the request to and follow up.

Thanks, I'll do that. Since she's over there usually 1-2 days a week and sometimes more, it just makes more sense for me to go there also instead of driving all over Jacksonville and often having to change my appointments accordingly. Cheers!
