As my wife is a patient at Mayo and has recently had liver transplant surgery, we spend a lot of time there and I have come to appreciate the care she has been given over the last 8 years and receives currently. I applied for an appointment online about a week ago and was told (during the online process) that I would hear something within 3 business days. Was that time frame an average or an estimate?

@usdiplomat, typically you will receive a call from a scheduling coordinator between 3-5 business days. It sounds like it has been longer than that in your case. I recommend calling on Monday morning at the Mayo campus you submitted the request to and follow up.
