I just finished his book and got a lot out of it. I'm not going to implement any changes until I see the endocrinologist on the 31st of Jan. Hopefully, she will order the main tests he suggests. Even if I have to pay for them myself, I want to do everything possible to understand exactly what is happening right now in my body and supplement accordingly without guessing.
