I have degenerative, inflammatory, osteoarthritis that is not associated with an auto immune disease, and it helps immensely, especially with my finger joints. My mom had great success with it as well and we both noticed the difference after only one week of taking it. It has turmeric, bromelein and other anti-inflammatory enzymes.
